CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our policy is
intended to be fair to our guests, yet minimize the loss of income to
our business.
Our location is
somewhat removed from the main roads and we therefore do not have a
lot of exposure to traffic and walk-in business.
We rent our
cabins primarily by advance reservations. Once we reserve a unit for you,
it is considered unavailable to anyone else for that duration.
There is a
$25.00 charge on all cancellations up until two weeks prior, however
there is no charge for changes during that time. If the reservation
is cancelled or changed two weeks to one week prior to arrival the
cancellation charge is 50% of cancelled room(s) cost unless the room(s)
is rebooked or other arrangements are made directly with us.
If the
reservation is cancelled within one week prior to the reservation,
guest will be charged in full for room(s) cancelled unless rebooked.
In case of
cancellations or no show your credit card will be charged accordingly.
